CompTIA's Network+ exam N10-004 is the single exam that is required to attain the Network+ certification. The Network+ exam is considered to be the foremost junior level network administrator exam and is universally considered by the IT industry as being the foundational exam for all of IT networking. Individuals who attain this certification usually carry titles such as Network Administrator, Junior Network Engineer or Internet Technician.

Within these domains, CompTIA will ask multiple choice and multiple answer questions involving networking technologies, standards, and specifications in order to test your understanding of networks in general. Additionally, CompTIA will also ask questions involving general network debugging and systematic failures in small scale business networks. The passing score of this exam is 554 on a scale of 100 to 900. This exam is in conventional format, consisting of 85 identification and situational multiple choice questions and has a duration of 90 minutes.
