PrepLogic offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all training products purchased directly through PrepLogic. If for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with any of their PrepLogic training products, PrepLogic will refund the customer's money. Certain terms and restrictions apply.
Eligible Refund Amount
PrepLogic will refund the amount paid in a single transaction for all PrepLogic training products less processing fee.
Processing Fee
A 15% processing fee will apply to all refunded products. 15% of the original purchase price will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Fulfillment
Refunds will be dispensed by PrepLogic to the customer within four to six weeks of refund approval confirmation. Refunds will be made in the name of the original billing contact purchaser only. At the discretion of PrepLogic, refunds will be made either directly to the original purchasing credit card or via physical check mailed to the original billing address.
Redemption Limitation
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee not valid for multi-user licenses or volume purchases.
Refund Application Deadline
All 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than thirty (30) days after original purchase date.
Additional Terms and Conditions

PrepLogic is not responsible for any changes, revisions or discontinuation of any certification exams.
